If u already having et installed and u runing on 2.55 patch all what u need to do u will see now.
First at all u need to start at patches to install 2.60 and 2.60b to be able to connect on ETPRO servers.
2.60 patch Windows
U need 2.60 patch first

After that u need 2.60b patch

I will give here short explination how to install 2.60b patch, cuz some ppl dont know what to do.
After download this patch, unrar it first. Then u will have map named Enemy Territory 2.60b. Open it and go at map Win32.
When u open Win32 u will see inside two icons( ET and ETDED).

Copy this two icons and open ur Wolfenstein enemy territory direction that u have ( most of time ur et is installed in C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory. It will look smth like this pic, then just paste two icons to this map and ur 2.60b patch will be installed

If u want to play 2.55 and 2.60b etpro u might want to use ET Patch Selector.

U can swich between 2.55, 2.56, 2.60 and 2.60b with just one click.
Description:
Afer Download this patch selector, unrar it first and start the program. When u install it u will get 3 icons on deskop. Important one is only ET Patch Selector, other two u can delite.
So when u want to swich between patches just click on ET Patch Selector and select which patch u want, one click on it and press Done then. Thats all what u need to do, if u get any errors to install this program or u cant swich between patches simple restart ur pc and try it again, then will work normal.
After all that u want to connect then on server and yh pick one server with ftp that u can download files that's needed to run etpro. I would recommend some public etpro servers with downloading files. I will post here some ip from etpro servers where can u download etpro files and all what u need.
Dont forget to ALWAYS make a backup of ur files!!
